Colombian Geisha

This is a pretty special for us here in the roastery. All of our coffees are from the Arabica coffee plant, except this one. This is a Geisha which is a totally different plant and even though its becoming more available, its still rather rare to get. As the name may suggest, its a very beautiful plant.  The tasting notes on this beauty are going to be delicate floral, and rich chocolate.
